Over ten years of filming weddings has shown me the best moments are rarely the planned ones. Everyday life is no different.
I've always been fascinated by what people do and how they go about doing it. You can learn a lot about someone just by watching them work, and most of the time, nobody else gets to see it

How It Works
A film about you and your work, made by spending time with you.

No script. No recreating things for the camera. I spend time watching you work, talking with you, and paying attention to the things that would normally go unnoticed.
Then I turn that time into a short documentary film, usually 5–8 minutes. The story decides the final length.

Aly (That Painter Chick) is an Indianapolis-based muralist. I've had the pleasure of filming her on a couple of projects, and this one might be my favorite.
The heat was brutal. Despite almost passing out from exhaustion and getting struck by lightning, she kept me laughing through it all.

The 16x Monon Resident Alliance, painting their own street to make it safer. A minute with the neighbors who showed up for it.
